It has been a good month since I used the hearing aid of AUDIO BM d.o.o. - Copper. Before that, I used their in-ear device. After measurements and due to good experience, we finally decided on an in-ear device. I have it in my ears for 10 to 12 hours a day. My fear of being disturbed as a stranger in the ear did not materialize. Family and friends praised me for successfully participating in the conversations. My hearing was failing years ago and I started using hearing aids. After years of use, the need for replacement with new ones became apparent. Since I chose the previous one very quickly, I took my time when choosing this time and went to the individual providers. I soon noticed differences in the providers' approaches. Mr. Luka Gartner convinced me the most with his approach. He took the time to explain the advantages of each device to me in great depth. Having used hearing aids before, I wanted to know a lot more than someone new to hearing aids might. Mr. Luka provided me with all the information I wanted. So I made a quick decision and ordered a pair of hearing aids. After making an impression of the ear canals, I got them after some time. Mr. Luka already set them for the first test based on the audiogram I brought from the otologist. After a few additional settings, I started the test use. Mr. Luka and I have been meeting weekly since then, so that he fine-tunes the devices for me to use. He is very kind and patient with my every wish for settings. At the same time, it advises me which setting might better solve my problem. My trial period of appliances is slowly coming to an end and the time is approaching when I will "adopt" them for a few years. At the same time, I am looking forward to professional support with the settings, which I will seek from Mr. Luka Gartner at AUDIO BM vič, if necessary.

Although she has had a hearing aid for many years, she never got used to it and because it fell out of her ear, she never used it enough. Despite the fact that I have known for a considerable part of my life that a hearing aid will be my constant companion, I somehow put it off and made sure that I didn't need it YET. Because of the use of masks, I realized how much I depended on this channel of understanding - reading from the lip. On the recommendation of the AURIS association, I ordered a free informative examination from Mr. Binet in Kranj. Despite later problems with my personal doctor, who did not believe that I could not hear well, Mr. Bine guided me professionally and professionally through the process of obtaining a hearing aid. I can honestly say that every time I visited Mr. Binet I felt relaxed and with his knowledge he quickly gained my trust. I first encountered the devices, so I was very careful when looking for information, after all, it is also a considerable cost. I'm glad I came across an expert who had the answer to just about every question I asked, although some of it may have been weird :)After the test period, I opted for the top-of-the-line SONIC RADIANT model with a rechargeable battery. The best EVER decision! Due to the additional option of renting a security package, I received a significant discount when buying additional equipment, such as a portable charger and dryer. If I had known as much about hearing aids some time ago as Mr. Albin taught me, I would definitely have decided to buy it much earlier. The quality of life has improved tremendously. We repeated the process, the experience remains just as positive - GREAT. After longer testing, at the suggestion of Mr. Matej decided on newer devices of another brand, which are powered by an electric charger and therefore do not need batteries. I have severe hearing loss in both ears.I have already changed several hearing aids, namely the in-ear brand Widex for the right ear and the behind-the-ear brand Neuroth for the left ear.This year I was entitled to purchase new hearing aids for both ears.I am already an elderly person, 68 years old, and I would not be able to function without a hearing aid. Since I was not satisfied with the approach of the Widex and Neuroth employees in the branches in Maribor, I decided to try the AUDIO BM branch in Maribor.I was received by Mr. Jurij. A humane approach to a "deaf" person. He kindly answered all my many questions regarding the device I was interested in. He suggested, and this surprised me greatly, that I try the device in both ears and if I don't satisfied, I don't need to take the devices. Thanks to Mr. Primož for the effort, patience and services we received. The last one was a month ago. My father uses a loop to watch TV, but it no longer worked constantly. Mr. Primož accepted it and sent it to the service, but I was surprised because he "borrowed" a new one for the time of servicing.
